The most incredible thing of all is that my wife got called out of town and left the night before construction began. To my amazement, Osher convinced her, via long distance phone call, to leave the selection of tile, sink, mirror and toilet to him. He batted 1000, as we both love his selections. The day before she returned, he asked to stay extra late with his crew to finish the job to surprise my wife. She expected that the job would last a few more days, and was pleasantly shocked when she saw a near finished bathroom. A few days later, I thought I broke the toilet seat, and Osher came the next day with a new one. It wasn’t broken; it’s one of those new ones that remove quickly for cleaning. Great response. He came in on budget and ahead of schedule.
